Diana Wilcox,
Psychiatric Mental Heath Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified
I’m Diana Wilcox, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from Gonzaga University in 2022, and I have been working in mental health in one way or another for more than 10 years.
Caring for others has always been deeply important to me. In addition to my clinical work as a Psychiatric NP, I spent three years as a Nursing Professor at South Puget Sound Community College, where I had the privilege of helping educate and mentor the next generation of nurses.
My work is also shaped by my personal experiences. I am a cancer survivor, and that journey profoundly changed the way I understand resilience, vulnerability, and healing. It strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and to meeting people exactly where they are in their lives.
I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered in their path toward better mental health.

Jennifer Kapelos
Animals, especially horses, offer powerful emotional healing through their natural empathy and lack of judgment. In trauma informed care, I help clients use their experiences as strengths while finding safety and calm in a natural setting. Horses don’t see our differences, they sense our pain and respond with trust and acceptance, helping reduce anxiety, build confidence, and restore balance.
As a survivor myself, I bring real understanding of what healing takes. My goal is to help clients transform trauma into strength and rediscover their confidence and peace.
